Call for sub-themes and sessions Open 10 November 2016 Ends 5 January 2017
In keeping with the conference theme, http://www.apconf.org/wp-content/uploads/APCONF-final-sess-and-themes_Sept-15.pdf submit a 300-word abstract and title before 5 January, together with the name of the sub-theme or session organiser, affiliation and email address.
Confirmation of sub-themes and sessions 20 January 2017
The accepted sub-themes and sessions will be posted on the APCONF 17 website by 20 January.
Call for paper and poster abstracts Open 20 January 2017 Ends 31 March 2017
In keeping with the sub-themes and sessions, submit a 300-word abstract and title of paper or poster before 31 March, together with the author’s name, affiliation and email address.
Confirmation of papers and posters 10 April 2017
Authors will be notified of the paper and poster acceptance by 10 April.
Paper submission deadline 30 June 2017
Authors need to submit a paper of 5,000-word maximum in order to present at the conference.
